TRANSPARENT AUDIO

Transparent Audio ble startet 1980 av Karen Summer, Jack Summer og Carl Smith. Forretningsideen den gang var distribusjon av High-End lydprodukter. Blant annet var de distributør av Electrocompaniet, Well Tempered Turntable og MIT kabler. I 1985 videreutviklet de firmaet til også å bli en produksjonsbedrift, hvor de blant annet utviklet MIT kabler.
I 1993 utga de sitt eget produkt Transparent AC Power Conditioner, og kort tid etter Reference serien av sine velkjente kabler. Disse produktene ble meget godt mottatt, og helt siden den gang er Transparent Audio regnet som ekstremt gode produkter, og står i mange av de flotteste High-End anlegg rundt omkring i verden.
